Thirteen people died after a fast-moving Indian naval vessel collided with a ferry in the waters off Bombay in India.
"A naval vessel undergoing engine tests lost control and collided with a passenger ferry", says the Indian Navy in a statement.
On the ferry were passengers traveling from the Gateway of India monument to Elephanta Island, a tourist attraction one mile north of Bombay, famous for its carved stone figures.
Over a hundred people were rescued after the boat accident, which is said to have been caused by an engine failure.
