David Åhman and Jonatan Hellvig are on a roll in the World Championship final in the Qatari capital Doha.
After starting the tournament with two straight wins, the team faced both Dutch and Norwegian opposition on Thursday.
But no one could stop the Swedish Olympic gold medalists.
After turning a deficit into a win against the Dutch duo Steven van de Velde/Matthew Immers in the morning, David Åhman and Jonatan Hellvig did the same later in the evening against Norway's Anders Mol and Christian Sørum.
The Norwegians won the first set, but the Swedes turned it around and won in the end with the final scores 15–21, 21–17, 15–8.
Four wins in as many matches means that Åhman and Hellvig win their group and thus avoid playing in the quarterfinals. A group win gives a direct ticket to the semifinals.
David Åhman and Jonatan Hellvig are reigning champions in the World Championship final, but have not won any of the two tournaments the pair has played since this summer's Olympic gold in Paris.
