The following Swedish men's cross-country skiers will have a chance in this weekend's 20-kilometer skiathlon at the Winter Olympics: William Poromaa, Gustaf Berglund, Truls Gisselman and Edvin Anger.
The team was presented at a press conference on Friday.
The competition will be decided on Sunday, starting at 12:30, with Norwegian Johannes Høsflot Klæbo as the favorite to win the gold. The Norwegian won six out of six gold medals at the World Championships on home soil last year.
We may be a little behind, but everyone has a chance to win a medal on Sunday. If it comes together, we will go fast, says national team manager Anders Byström.
