Sarah Dawn Finer and Viktor Norén will lead a fundraising evening in favor of the Cancer Foundation. Sing-along will be interspersed with segments where those affected tell their stories.
"Over the years, many in my family and close circle have been affected by cancer, and we all know how crucial research is. We must do everything we can to support it," says Sarah Dawn Finer in a press release.
Viktor Norén also says he is honored by the assignment. His oldest and best friend Kristian Gidlund passed away from stomach cancer in 2013, at just 29 years old.
The gala will be held on January 6 and artists performing include, among others, Mapei, Anna Ternheim, Arvingarna, Peter Jöback, and Smash into pieces.
