Bohman is nominated for his novel "Sanningsberget", a coming-of-age story that the jury calls "a suggestive page-turner". Nutti is nominated for her chamber play on the mountain, "Till träden", which depicts the laconic love between a daughter and her father. Norlin is nominated for her brick-thick "Vikarien" – in the jury's words "an ambitious contemporary novel that with unwavering care for details portrays the high price of longing".
The Vi's literature prize goes to an author who has published during the past year and who has written at least two and a maximum of five works for adults. The award was first presented in 1947 and among previous year's prize winners are names such as Gunnar Ekelöf, Sara Lidman, and Sara Stridsberg. Last year, the prize went to Annika Norlin for "Stacken".
The winner of this year's prize of 50,000 kronor will be revealed on March 20.
