Galantis and Zara Larsson top Spotify's list of the most played Swedish songs abroad.
The list from the streaming giant is limited to newly released songs by Swedish artists outside of Sweden. Not entirely surprising, many of the songs are electronic dance music and collaborations with other international stars.
The five most played songs by Swedish artists abroad on Spotify between January-June 2024:
1. 5 Seconds of summer, David Guetta, Galantis - Lighter
2. Zara Larsson - You love who you love
3. Benjamin Ingrosso, Nile Rodgers, Purple Disco Machine, Shenseea - Honey boy
4. Golfklubb, Pablo Paz, VC Barre, takenoelz - Soldat - RMX
5. Elliphant, Luude - Pachamama
Other artists on the list are Niki & The Dove, Swedish House Mafia, Smash Into Pieces, Tove Lo, Young Lean, Robyn and others.
