The conditions are tougher every year. We felt it wouldn't be a good festival if we rushed ahead, says festival director Jonathan Norén Brännström to P4 Västerbotten.
The festival is free to the public, but this year it lacks sponsors, partners and grants. It also depends on volunteers.
Everything would have to step up a few levels; it has become much more expensive, says the festival director.
Over the years, the festival has been canceled a couple of times, and Jonathan Norén Brännström hopes it will return after this break.
