The Swedish hidden gem strong as Toronto wins

After a somewhat dull start with a conceded goal after just over three minutes, things improved for Toronto's, so far not so well-known, Swedish goalkeeper Dennis Hildeby and Toronto won 3-2 against Philadelphia.

Hildeby and the more written-about teammate Oliver Ekman-Larsson were clearly contributing to the victory.

I got a tough start, I could have done better from the beginning, but it got better. Nice to win, said 23-year-old Hildeby to reporters after the match.

He made his NHL debut in October and has stood in four matches since then. A few weeks after his debut, he was sent back to the farm team in AHL, but is now back. There have been wins in three of the four matches he has kept goal in NHL.

Oliver Ekman-Larsson made it 2-1 to Toronto before the end of the first period. Philadelphia equalized in the second, but the third was goalless. Two and a half minutes into overtime, Toronto's Morgan Rielly settled the match.
