Around 15:00, the stock exchange's broad index is trading at a plus of 0.3 percent. Leading stock exchanges in Europe are also trading at a plus.

At the top of the OMXS30 index is the medical technology company Getinge, which is rising by 2.6 percent. The cloud service company Sinch is rising by 1.9 percent. The major banks are also trading at a plus.

At the bottom lies the gaming company Evolution, which is falling by 0.9 percent.

The terms on Wall Street are mixed. Nasdaq is rising in pre-trading on hopes for the tech industry. This is since the Chinese e-commerce company Alibaba reported strong sales figures and pulled Chinese tech stocks upwards.

Insurance giant United Health is plummeting in pre-trading after the US Department of Justice launched an investigation into the company. Cryptocurrency trading platform Coinbase is rising instead, following reports that the financial supervisory authority, SEC, will drop an investigation into the company.
