The heights at Kronenberg were moderate (110 centimeters) and King Edward cleared them easily.

Elastic as a rubber ball and with no sense of age. He has incredible power in his jump. An incredibly cool feeling, says von Eckermann to the Equestrian Federation.

Von Eckermann has built the 16-year-old up slowly and carefully. Soon a new competition in Kronenberg with smaller classes awaits, followed by a new plan.

The feeling is that he could jump the Grand Prix tomorrow, but I just want to be as sure as I can that his body is ready for that level again, says von Eckermann.

With King Edward he has won individual World Cup gold, Olympic gold and World Cup gold for Sweden, two World Cup Finals, a top-10 final and much more.
