The technical problems have been ongoing since this morning. Lotta Jernström, press spokesperson at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, does not want to go into the exact cause:
We have operational disruptions that we are working on, we hope it can be resolved soon, she says and continues:
We have a large and capable IT department so hopefully they will have resolved it soon.
Jernström does not want to give an exact forecast.
