It was British jazz saxophonist Courtney Pine who revealed to BBC Radio 3 that he had recently recorded with Mick Jagger.
"Mick is a fantastic artist. That whole pop world is completely different from anything I know," he said, according to NME.
No official information about the recordings has come from the band. But this summer, Jagger revealed that he had begun writing new music - even before the Stones' acclaimed 25th studio album "Foreign Tongues" was released in July.
