Åkerwall describes the arrested person as one of the leading bomb makers who construct and assemble the bombs.
Since the turn of the year, there have been around 30 explosions, most of them in the southern Stockholm area. Just on Tuesday, several explosions occurred, including in Kärrtorp, Bagarmossen, and Årstaberg.
According to Åkerwall, the perpetrators have no connection to the addresses or locations of the explosions.
They come from other parts of Sweden. A very high proportion of them are on the run from various forms of placements from social services, i.e. HVB homes, LVU placements, and similar.
