The two brothers got time on the ice together and Alexander Nylander got the opportunity to praise his big brother who scored 3–1 in the second period.
It was very fun, says William Nylander and adds that it would be fun if his little brother continues to deliver so there will be more such opportunities.
Proud Dad
The younger brother played for over ten minutes and was goalless but had a couple of decent scoring chances, including one with his brother.
It was very cool, says Alexander Nylander to the press corps after the match.
I kind of know how he plays, I just try to read him.
Dad Michael Nylander, who played for over a decade in the NHL, is pleased that his sons are now playing together, notes Alexander Nylander.
He said, as he does at every match, play your game and work hard.
One-Year Contract
Coach Craig Berube thinks the Nylander duo worked well together.
I'm very happy for them, and for their dad, says coach Craig Berube to reporters after the match.
