The rapper has previously caused controversy for his anti-Semitic statements. He has been banned in several countries, and planned shows in Poland and France have been canceled. However, the mayor of Arnhem in the Netherlands is now giving permission for two shows in June despite the artist's previous "reprehensible statements."
However, a majority of members of the Dutch Second Chamber want Kanye West to be denied entry into the country, while the government says there is no legal basis for doing so.
Albania has also welcomed Kanye West to the country this summer.
