The last day for trading in airline SAS's existing shares on the stock exchanges in Stockholm, Oslo, and Copenhagen will be tomorrow, Tuesday, August 13, writes SAS in a press release. It will also be the last day for trading with the company's listed so-called hybrid bonds.
The announcement comes after the Stockholm District Court approved a reconstruction plan for SAS, and the plan is to complete the reconstruction by the end of August.
The delisted airline – which previously had the Wallenberg sphere and the Swedish state as two major owners – will, when the process is complete, be controlled by an ownership constellation consisting of Air France-KLM, the investment company Castlelake, the Danish state, and financier Henrik Lind.
The SAS share costs 2 öre ahead of delisting.
