The USA voted with Russia in Monday's UN votes in New York.

According to him, statements from European leaders do not signal "balance".
But maybe, as a result of contacts between Europeans and Americans, Europe can somehow move towards greater balance.
The first UN vote on Monday was held in the General Assembly, where a Ukrainian resolution demanding an immediate withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine was adopted despite the USA voting against.
Hours later, the UN Security Council passed a Ukraine resolution formulated by the USA, which does not mention that Russia attacked Ukraine when the war began three years ago.
