The King was in a great mood after Frida Karlsson and Ebba Andersson's medal double, which he followed from the stands in Val di Fiemme.
"I have had the privilege of being at a number of Olympics, and it is always fantastic when the Swedes do well. Today was one of those days when everything was on their side," says the King.
When asked if the King has seen a more impressive display on the ski slopes than Frida Karlsson, the King highlights Norway's Therese Johaug - and Johan Olsson.
"It's probably one of the best things I've ever experienced. He (Olsson) dropped out after two kilometers and no one believed it."
