"Finland is coming to play today," wrote Finnish national team spokeswoman Henna Malmberg in a text message.
The match against the USA will be Finland's first at the Olympics since the opening match against Canada on Thursday was postponed due to the virus.
"This is not something you wish for, but it is what it is and we have to focus on things we can influence. We have tried to follow the rules we have been given and be there for each other," Luleå's star defender Jenni Hiirikoski told TT after Friday's training.
The Finnish team is staying in the same building as Sweden in Milan.
