When Sweden's handball men meet Norway on March 12, it will be with Globen as their home ground. The match is part of the EHF Euro Cup, a tournament that Sweden started last week with losses against France and Denmark.
Globen, or Avicii Arena, which is now the official name, is undergoing a major renovation and will reopen after the New Year. The international match against Norway will be one of the first sporting events after the reopening of the arena where Sweden won the European Championship gold in 2002.
Next, the handball national team will play the World Championship in Norway, starting in mid-January.
