The Financial Supervisory Authority (FI) has initiated an investigation against the listed company Pricer, which sells digital solutions to stores.
"FI will investigate whether Pricer AB has breached the provisions of the Market Abuse Regulation in connection with the disclosure of insider information", writes FI in a press release.
The investigation follows a report to FI from Nasdaq Stockholm Stock Exchange, which previously investigated the handling of insider information in connection with loan financing in December 2022.
