Sweden will face Ukraine away in the playoff for the World Cup on March 26.
If they win there, there will be a final against Poland or Albania at home just five days later.
"We intend to start selling tickets for the final before we have possibly qualified for a final. We are now setting the timeline and conditions for how it will work in connection with those ticket releases," the association's ticket manager Christoffer Lund tells Aftonbladet.
If Sweden does not reach the final, buyers will get their money back.
It is unclear how large the Swedish ticket quota will be for the away match against Ukraine as the venue has not yet been determined. Ukraine has played its home matches in Poland due to the war, most recently in Warsaw.
