Lisa Marie Presley began her autobiography before her death in 2023. Now her daughter, Riley Keough, has completed and published the memoirs, writes TMZ.
In "From here to the great unknown: A memoir", Presley tells, among other things, about the grief after her son Benjamin Keough's suicide in 2020. For two months, she kept his body in a cold room at home before he was buried at Graceland in Tennessee, where his grandfather Elvis Presley also rests.
Lisa Marie Presley also tells about when she, nine years old, saw her legendary father lying dead in the bathroom at Graceland in 1977.
"There have been evenings when I as an adult have just gotten drunk and listened to his music and cried. The grief still comes over me. It's still there", she writes in the book.
