The mood in the Swedish economy continues to rise. The National Institute of Economic Research's (NIER) barometer indicator is now rising for the fifth month in a row. The indicator for November was 101.7 compared to 100.9 in October and 97.8 in September.
The biggest change is particularly noticeable in construction, where the confidence indicator is rising the most, according to KI.
"The stronger confidence indicator in construction is mainly explained by stronger hiring plans. Both questions about construction in the past three months and expectations for construction in the next three months strengthened in November," the press release states.
