Henrik Jensen is leaving his post as coach for Allsvenskan Kalmar FF. The Dane is set for English Burnley, where he will become assistant coach of the first team.
"It's clearly not easy to leave Kalmar FF, but it has always been a dream to be a football coach in England. In the end, it was an opportunity I couldn't turn down", says Jensen to KFF's website.
Former assistant coach Stefan Larsson will take over as head coach of Kalmar for the time being.
Burnley, who were relegated from the Premier League in the spring, are without a head coach. Vincent Kompany has signed for Bayern München and, pending the appointment of a replacement, the team is being led by Craig Bellamy.
