According to Blekinge Läns Tidning, the 21-year-old attacking left winger will become the team's most expensive new acquisition when he is bought from Norwegian club Ranheim for around 11 million kronor.
Áki Samuelsen has signed a five-year contract.
"He is a young, developing player who has performed very well for Ranheim in Norway. He is technically skilled, contributes significantly and has a strong finish," says sports director Hasse Larsson on the Allsvenskan club's website.
