On Friday, Linn Svahn will make a comeback in the World Cup after injury problems. Ahead of the weekend, the national ski team announced that the 25-year-old will not appear at press conferences due to "brain fatigue".

"Recently, in connection with press conferences, among other things, we have noticed setbacks in the form of brain fatigue for Linn, who, in contexts with a lot of impressions, noise and movement, has been affected in his rehabilitation," says national team doctor Rickard Noberius.

The announcement means that she will not participate in press conferences and will only do an interview after the finish line. The decision is in effect until further notice.

"Therefore, we have made the decision to shield Linn from situations that could have a negative impact, and keep full focus on the implementation of the competition," says Noberius.

The competitions in Trondheim start on Friday with sprints.
