Frölunda continues to go strong in the SHL. On Saturday, they won the table against Brynäs 3–0 at home.

Arttu Ruotsalainen became a two-goal scorer as he accounted for Frölunda's first and third goals. Theodor Niederbach scored the 2–0 goal.

Ivar Stenberg, 18, played until Frölunda's 1-0 goal. With that, he made history. Stenberg's assist meant that he had scored in ten consecutive games, which is a record number for a player 18 years of age or younger.

It's awesome. I didn't think I got the pass first, so it was nice, said Stenberg, who had parents and cousins in the stands, to TV4 during the halftime break.

Tomas Sandström previously held the record, he scored in nine straight games for Brynäs in the 1982-1983 season.

Stenberg leads Frölunda's scoring league with a total of 23 points after six goals and 17 assists.
