The American car manufacturer Tesla sold 30,688 electric cars manufactured in China in February. This is a decrease of 49 percent compared to the previous year, according to Bloomberg's calculations based on preliminary figures from the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA).
Last week, statistics showed that the electric car company's sales in Europe plummeted. In January, only 9,945 cars were sold, almost a halving compared to the previous year.
