The woman was found in a shantytown, but police do not want to provide any more details.
"At this stage we can only confirm that we have found a body. Work to secure and manage the crime scene is ongoing, and all necessary actors are on site," said police spokesperson Brenda Muridili.
When the ninth body was found, police considered that there were enough similarities between the murders to “issue a general warning.”
It is not clear whether police suspect that there are similarities with the tenth female body.
