Ace is used as a contact-centre platform in both the private and public sectors and has more than 100,000 users in the Nordics, according to Telia.
"The deal is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026 and is in line with Telia's strategy to simplify operations and focus on its core business," Telia writes in a press release.
Approximately 90 Telia employees will transfer to Leaddesk as part of the transaction.
Telia will continue to offer Ace to customers in the future under a strategic partnership agreement between Telia and Leaddesk.
