Six of the 59 people who died in the nightclub fire in North Macedonia were under 18 years old, according to the prosecutor's office.
It was on Sunday that the severe fire broke out during a concert in the small town of Kocani when fireworks ignited the interior roof. The nightclub was described by local media as a "temporary" party venue without necessary permits.
Three of the persons were 16 years old and three were 17 years old, according to documents that the media have accessed. 25 people were also between 18 and 25 years old.
The authorities have carried out safety checks of entertainment establishments after the fire, where several without licenses have been forced to close.
Several people are still detained and the authorities suspect that corruption may have contributed to the disaster.
