The drama occurred in early March this year when Andreas Norlén visited a high school.
The banana hit the Speaker in the upper body. The Speaker's bodyguards intervened and took the boy into custody.
The incident was reported to the police and the 16-year-old has now been charged with molestation. He admits to the incident but denies any wrongdoing.
