"Black people and women should be stripped of the right to vote," the 16-year-old wrote, among other things, according to Ekot.

The 16-year-old, who lives in Stockholm, is being held on suspicion of aiding and abetting murder and attempted murder in Fagersta. He is also charged with preparation for murder. He denies the crime.

In the school attack - at Brinellskolan in Fagersta on Friday, August 21 - a 17-year-old girl was killed, while three boys were injured. An 18-year-old student at the school is being held on probable cause suspicion of carrying out the attack.
