The app Kivra was affected by technical problems for about an hour at lunchtime on Monday, but the problems have now been resolved.
We have, in short, had an operational disruption that has caused some users to experience problems logging in or using parts of our service, says Joachim Ewert Barrén, marketing manager at Kivra.
The cause of the technical problems is not known.
