The major bank SEB was hit by technical problems on Saturday morning where customers could not see their accounts, or where accounts simply disappeared. At 1 p.m., the bank announced that the problems were over.
Everything is resolved. It was planned maintenance in the internet bank that caused the problems, says Gunilla Svensson, press contact at SEB.
Earlier this week, it was reported that the online bank Avanza had similar problems when it appeared that customers' deposits were gone.
