The incident took place at a school in Alvesta municipality during a theme day, when the teacher had dressed up as a secret agent. According to Växjö District Court, however, it was not justified to bring the knife to school, even though it was part of a costume.
The teacher is convicted of molestation and a violation of the Knife Act. He must pay a total of 45,000 kronor in damages to the students.
