A Romanian court is following influencer Andrew Tate's line, and decides that his human trafficking case will not go to court now.

The case is being sent back to the prosecutor, after "irregularities" were found in the case.

The controversial Andrew Tate was banned from Tiktok, Youtube and Facebook in 2022 after being accused of spreading hate rhetoric and misogynistic comments. He and his brother Tristan are suspected in Romania of, among other things, human trafficking and money laundering.

The two are also suspected of crimes in the United Kingdom, and on Wednesday, it was announced that British police are allowed to seize the equivalent of over 27 million Swedish kronor in unpaid taxes from the brothers.

The two deny the allegations.
