Israel has carried out an air attack on several military targets in southern Syria. This is reported by the Syrian state news agency Sana.
According to the British-based Syrian Human Rights Observatory (SOHR), several military outposts were attacked with 17 rockets.
The majority of the attack took place, according to Sana, near the cities of Jbab and Izraa.
Israel's military has not confirmed the reports.
Since the Islamist-led rebels overthrew Bashar al-Assad's regime in December, Israel has carried out hundreds of attacks on targets on Syrian soil. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in February that southern Syria must be completely demilitarized.
