Swedish trade surplus highest since 2009

Sweden's trade surplus with the rest of the world increased to 15.1 billion kronor in January, according to new figures from the Statistics Bureau.

This is the largest surplus since 2009.

Compared to January last year, goods exports have increased in value by 8 percent to 180.9 billion kronor, while imports have risen by 7 percent to 165.8 billion kronor.
