The Swedish table tennis stars Kristian Karlsson and Stina Källberg are forced to withdraw from the major tournament in Singapore. The pair were to play the quarterfinal in mixed doubles, but Källberg has sustained a foot injury, reports SVT.
This morning, Swedish time, Linda Bergström was eliminated in the singles tournament. The Swede put in a strong performance against world number Qian Tianyi, but the Chinese player won in the second round with 3–0 in sets (7–11, 10–12, 8–11).
