According to the decision, there is a risk that the man, who is not a Swedish citizen, will abscond and continue criminal activity. He is being detained with restrictions.
The man is wearing light blue jeans, white shoes and a black hoodie. He sits next to his lawyer Petra Eklund as the prosecutor reads out the charges in the district court.
The preparatory crime was committed in March this year in Västra Götaland and Skåne, according to the charges. The participating crime is said to have been committed during March and April, until the man was arrested and detained last week.
The investigation is being conducted by the Security Service under the leadership of prosecutor Carl Mellberg at the National Security Unit. Mellberg declines to comment.
