A total of four points were scored in the last five minutes of the game. Vancouver's Swedes were putting together a huge comeback on the road against Buffalo.

Vancouver had a tough time in tonight's NHL game. Buffalo took the lead after just two minutes and, with ten minutes left in the game, it was 4–0 to the home team.

Then Vancouver - and the Swedes - woke up. A few minutes after Jake DeBrusk's goal to reduce the deficit to 1–4, Elias Pettersson made it 2–4. Just over half a minute later, Liam Öhgren made it 3–4, assisted by Linus Karlsson and Marcus Pettersson.

Vancouver didn't get any closer than that, however. Instead, Buffalo was able to close the game out 5–3 with a Josh Doan goal.

Vancouver has now lost four straight games.
