NHL Swede André Burakovsky gets a new club address. The 30-year-old leaves after three seasons Seattle for play in Chicago. In exchange, forward Joe Veleno moves in the opposite direction.
”André has been a valuable player for our organization during his three years here and we wish him and his family all luck in Chicago. In exchange, we have got a young player with experience at the same time as we lower our salary costs”, says Seattle's general manager Jason Botterill in a statement on the team's website.
André Burakovsky has previously played for Colorado and Washington – and won Stanley Cup with both clubs.
