In 2020, Mojang released "Minecraft Dungeons", which was the first action role-playing game set in the "Minecraft" universe.
The game is, as the name suggests, a "dungeon crawler" in which the player character is viewed obliquely from above and fights their way through hordes of enemies while exploring caves and other environments in search of better weapons and equipment.
Everything takes place in the characteristic blocky “Minecraft” aesthetic.
This year, the game will get a sequel when "Minecraft Dungeons II" is released. Details are sparse, but up to four players will be able to cooperate and the title will be released for Xbox, PlayStation 5, Switch 2 and PC.
