The man is suspected of arson in Sävsjö, and is said to have been able to stay in Thailand with the help of forged German ID documents. He was wanted internationally but has now been arrested, according to the Thai police.
The man has now been charged by Thai authorities for illegal residence in the country. His extradition to Sweden is being prepared together with the Swedish embassy.
