The man was arrested in his absence on September 1. He is suspected of public incitement to destruction in Malmö, aggravated drug offences and incitement to aggravated drug offences, police wrote on their website.
"The deprivation of liberty has taken place after very good cooperation with Spanish authorities," said Prosecutor Pia Björnsson, according to a press release.
The explosion took place at a villa in the Virentofta district of Malmö, reports Sydsvenskan . The police investigation led to a drug raid and several people were arrested. The man now arrested is suspected of being the mastermind.
