A couple were stabbed and robbed in their home on the island of Zealand in January. The loot included Pokémon cards worth at least 300,000 Danish kroner. A Swedish suspect has been arrested.

The young couple was robbed in their home in Faxe Ladeplads in early January, police said.

The suspect was arrested a few days after the robbery in cooperation with Swedish police and was subsequently requested to be extradited to Denmark.

On Thursday, it was decided that the man will be remanded in custody until March 12. He is suspected of aggravated robbery and attempted murder, reports Sjællandske Nyheder.

According to the newspaper, the arrested person denies any wrongdoing.

Pokémon cards worth at least 300,000 kronor, equivalent to just over 420,000 Swedish kronor, were stolen, according to the allegations.
