"We have a new filming location, which will not be in Cyprus, and therefore also a new villa for the next season of 'Love Island' which will be filmed this fall," writes Ludvig Ternstedt, press officer at TV4, to TT.
However, TV4 does not want to reveal where the new season will be filmed.
"We feel very satisfied and we hope and believe that the viewers will also love both the place and the villa," Ternstedt writes further.
The reality show will also have a new host. In April, Johanna Nordström announced that she was dropping out of the upcoming season because she is pregnant with her first child.
