During the third quarter, approximately 2,350 people were granted adjustment support from TSL. This is a decrease of approximately 33 percent compared with the same period last year.

The figures for the third quarter are the lowest recorded since 2022. The TSL social security fund helps laid-off LO workers in the private sector find new employment.

"As we enter the last quarter of the year, the picture is brighter than it has been for a long time. At the same time, adaptability will be important regardless of the economic situation," writes CEO Carolina Söder in the report.

Another positive factor is that almost 9 out of 10 people, 88 percent, found a new job after completing adjustment support.
